Which print method is cheapest in bulk?
For larger runs with a few spot colours, screen printing is usually the lowest cost per shirt: there's a setup per colour, then each print is fast. It's the method most event, staff and team orders use once quantities reach the dozens and beyond.
For full-colour artwork, photos or smaller quantities, DTF and DTG skip the per-colour setup. DTF is also the easy route for many different names or designs in one order. We'll recommend the cheapest method that does your artwork justice.
How bulk pricing works
Blank tees are priced from our live supplier cost with a markup that drops as you order more of one style, counting all colours and sizes together. The table below shows the real breaks on a popular tee today. Printing is quoted on top, and the per-shirt print price falls with quantity too.

- Blank prices drop at 12 and again at 48 pieces of one style (all colours and sizes combined). Screen printing becomes the most cost-efficient method from roughly 50 shirts with simple colours. There's no minimum order, though.
- How much does bulk t-shirt printing cost?
- It depends on the tee, the quantity, the number of print colours and the placements. Blank prices are live on every product page, and we send a free printing quote within 24 hours.
- How fast can you print a bulk order?
- After you approve the proof, our typical production window is 24–72 hours depending on the quantity, then shipping. Tell us your event date when you request a quote.
