When a patch beats direct embroidery
Direct embroidery stitches your logo straight into the garment. A patch is stitched separately, then attached. That makes patches the better choice for thick or awkward items like heavy jackets, bags and some hats, for logos you want to move between garments, and for a raised, layered look that streetwear brands love.
Patches also let you keep a stock of branded pieces and apply them as new garments come in, which suits uniforms and growing teams.

Bold shapes and clear lettering stitch best. Very fine lines and tiny text can lose definition in thread, so we flag anything that needs simplifying in your digital proof. Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) are ideal; a high-resolution PNG works too.
