Gang sheet builder FAQ
What is a DTF gang sheet builder?
It's an online tool for laying out many designs on one 22″-wide DTF transfer sheet. You upload your logos, set each print size and how many copies you need, and the builder arranges them to use as little film as possible. You see the sheet's size and price update as you go, then check out.
How much does a DTF gang sheet cost in Canada?
$0.06 per square inch on a 22″-wide sheet, billed for the length you actually use (rounded up to the next inch, 24″ minimum). For example 22″ × 24″ is $29.04, 22″ × 100″ is $121.00 and 22″ × 250″ is $302.50, in Canadian dollars.
What files can I upload?
PNG with a transparent background works best. You can also upload JPG, WebP, SVG, PDF, AI and PSD files up to 100 MB each. The builder trims empty edges automatically, can remove a solid background in one click, and shows whether each design will print sharp at its size (300 DPI is ideal).
Can I add text, or names and numbers for a team?
Yes. Add text in 240+ fonts with outlines, shadows, arched or circular text, or paste a team list (one name and number per line) and every player becomes a ready-to-press design on your sheet.
What happens when my designs don't fit on one sheet?
Each sheet holds up to 250″. When a sheet is full it's saved and the next one opens automatically, and a design is never split between sheets. Auto-arrange packs everything to use the least film.
How long does DTF printing take, and do you ship across Canada?
Standard production is 1–3 business days. Gang sheets are printed at our Brampton, Ontario production floor (Greater Toronto Area) and shipped across Canada and the USA. Orders of $350+ (after discounts, before taxes) ship free anywhere in Canada.
Is there a discount for repeat orders?
Yes. After your first paid order, every DTF order from the same email is 15% off. You confirm your email with a one-time code at checkout.
Can I reorder a sheet I built before?
Yes. Use “Reorder a past sheet” in the builder: enter the email you ordered with, and your past sheets open in the builder, ready to reorder or edit.
Do I need to mirror my artwork?
No. Upload your artwork the right way round; we print exactly as shown on your sheet.
Are built gang sheets refundable?
Before checkout you review your sheet, including any quality warnings, and approve it. Built sheets are printed exactly as approved and are non-refundable. If there's a production defect caused by us, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
